We are looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others. As part of this role, you will work with existing and new local employers, learners and partners to:
- Promote courses to the job centre claimants to help them gain skills, knowledge and confidence to move closer to the job market
- Present to partner audiences course information to build confidence and understanding of support available through SPS Training programs
- Promote all the current and new courses to employers and developing a pipeline of customers to support the company objectives and needs of the local community
- Promote local employer vacancies
The role will be based principally in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire or Cambridgeshire and their surrounding county borders and so a local understanding of local labour market needs is essential.
To be successful in the role you will have
- Previous experience working as a Recruiter/Consultant would be advantageous.
- An ability to continually assess and respond to local labour market needs
- Working in performance and target/results driven roles
- Evidence of skills and experience in building and managing a pipeline
- Evidence of working collaboratively with partners outside of the organisation deliver solutions
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and agendas simultaneously
- Ability to enthusiastically market all sourced opportunities to internal stakeholders
- Resilient and self-motivated, with a can do attitude
- An understanding of, or experience of working within the welfare to work sector is desirable
- Ability to organise and plan a busy work schedule
- Commitment to working independently and motivated to achieving instant results
The successful applicant must have a Full driving licence and access to a car. Mileage expenses will be reimbursed.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per year + Commission
