Our Skills Bootcamps are intensive, government-funded programmes designed to help adults quickly gain the skills needed to start a career in the logistics and warehousing sector. Delivered across Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire, these short courses typically run for just a few weeks and combine practical training with recognised qualifications, including health and safety and an introduction to warehousing. Aligned with the UK Government’s Skills for Life initiative, our Bootcamps are free for eligible learners and are focused on getting participants job-ready, with a guaranteed interview at the end of the course.

You can apply for a Skills Bootcamp if you live in Northamptonshire, Central Bedfordshire or Bedford Borough and you are:
- aged 19 or above
