MATRIX ACCREDITATION – ‘We did it!’

Following our successful matrix Report and re-accreditation of the matrix standard for a further 3 years, I thought it would be helpful to round off matrix Month with a few of the stats we shared with Kathy during her visit: 

 

  • 92% of learners who completed our Satisfaction Survey said their confidence had improved since the start of their course
  • 72% thought their health and wellbeing had improved as a result of learning with SPS
  • 52% of learners confirmed their digital skills had improved
  • 97& of learners thought the course had contributed positively to their personal, work and learning goals
  • 93% of learners thought the quality of teaching they received had been very good or excellent
  • Overall, 97% of learners were satisfied with their experience of SPS

Remember that this data wasn’t collected for our matrix assessment.  It was gathered over weeks and months throughout 2024.  We continuously and consistently deliver high quality teaching and wrap around support to help our learners achieve their potential.
